Philosophy of Care

I have a longstanding interest in clinical workflow design and medical software. To support efficient, structured patient care, I built a customised medical database system that assists with clinical documentation, problem-tracking and secure correspondence with GPs.

Cardiac Imaging & Diagnostic Services

I completed my medical degree in 2001 and began physician training in Melbourne in 2006. I subsequently undertook advanced cardiology training at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, including a full year in the Heart Failure and Heart Transplant Unit, caring for patients with advanced and end-stage heart disease.

This was followed by a dedicated fellowship year in advanced cardiac imaging, where I further developed expertise in:

  - CT coronary angiography (CTCA)
  - Coronary artery calcium (CAC) scoring

I commenced practice as a consultant cardiologist in 2013 and have been providing care to patients across Western Sydney and the North Shore since then.

I manage a broad range of cardiac conditions, including:

- - Chest pain and suspected coronary artery disease

  - Atrial fibrillation (AF) and other arrhythmias

  - Interpretation of abnormal ECG, echocardiogram, stress echocardiogram or CTCA findings

Preventive cardiology is a major part of my practice. Early detection and careful management of cardiovascular risk can significantly reduce the likelihood of serious events, particularly in individuals with inherited or under-recognised risk factors.
