Dr Reza Moazzeni is a consultant cardiologist who completed his specialist training at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney's leading heart transplant centre. He manages the full spectrum of adult cardiovascular disease, with a particular interest in preventive cardiology and cardiac imaging, and consults in English and Persian (Farsi).

A valid GP or specialist referral is required. Bring your Medicare card, current medication list and any relevant test results, or have them sent ahead by fax or email.
Attend the St Leonards Clinic
Tower A, Level 2, Suite 2.01, 7 Westbourne Street. Allow additional time if echocardiography has been arranged on the same day.
Your GP Receives a Report
Findings, test results and management recommendations are communicated back to your referring doctor.
